Technical Specialist - Air Dispersion Assessment

The Technical Specialist is responsible for delivering air dispersion modelling, regulatory analysis, and data-driven technical guidance to support environmental compliance and project approvals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct air dispersion modelling and regulatory analyses to support project approvals and compliance (including NO₂, SO₂, and H₂S emissions)

  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, project managers, and internal teams to deliver project outcomes

  • Apply QA/QC procedures to modelling files, datasets, and technical deliverables

  • Develop clear, data-driven technical recommendations

  • Contribute to high-quality reports for clients, regulators, and project stakeholders

The Senior Regulatory Specialist provides leadership and mentorship in the permitting of pipelines and facilities for construction, maintenance, and improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regulatory permitting for pipeline and facility projects

  • Review applications and amendments for accuracy and compliance

  • Compile audit documentation to meet or exceed regulatory requirements

  • Liaise with internal teams, regulators, and government agencies

  • Ensure regulatory deliverables align with project schedules
