She has led regulatory and environmental applications across Western Canada, including major Canadian Energy Regulator pipeline projects. Shannon provides mentorship to junior staff and leadership across the organization, ensuring high-quality submissions, thorough audits, and strong stakeholder relationships.

Steve is an experienced oil and gas regulatory advisor with over 18 years of expertise in regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and midstream project support.
He specializes in regulatory requirements for both brownfield and greenfield projects, managing applications, approvals, reporting, and regulator coordination. Steve is known for his collaborative approach and ability to deliver efficient, well-coordinated regulatory outcomes.
Amy Clutton, B.Sc., EPt - Regulatory and Environmental Coordinator
Amy holds a degree in Conservation Biology from the University of Alberta and brings a strong environmental focus to the Crimson team.
Her experience includes working with provincial and federal environmental regulations, environmental inspections, and risk identification. Amy’s attention to detail, adaptability, and reliability support accurate regulatory submissions and strong environmental compliance.
Cynthia Cote, P.Eng. – Senior Process Engineer
Cynthia is a professional process engineer with more than 20 years of experience in design, operations, research, and strategic development.
She supports clients in understanding carbon footprints, achieving GHG targets, and navigating clean energy and emissions-reduction strategies. Cynthia also conducts air dispersion modelling and provides technical leadership on complex projects from startup through completion.

Dayana is a strategic Senior Regulatory and HSE Systems Analyst with over 10 years of experience supporting regulatory compliance, environmental oversight, and health and safety programs in the energy sector. She specializes in optimizing enterprise compliance platforms such as Intelex and Enablon, with a strong focus on data integrity and regulatory alignment within Alberta’s oil and gas industry.
She is known for translating complex regulatory requirements into practical, business-aligned processes and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, IT partners, and regulators.
