Christine Olson, B.Sc., P.Bio. – President and Senior Advisor

 
 

Christine brings over 20 years of experience in regulatory and environmental permitting and compliance across Canada and select U.S. jurisdictions.

Her background spans conventional oil and gas, in-situ oil sands, LNG facilities, chemical plants, and power generation. Christine is known for her meticulous approach, strong leadership, and commitment to regulatory excellence. She works closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in full compliance.

 
 

 

Christine Kleppe – Project Coordinator

 
 

Christine is a highly organized project professional with over 18 years of experience in project coordination, client engagement, and project controls.

She manages projects from proposal through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment. Christine works closely with clients, regulators, engineers, and internal teams to maintain accuracy, transparency, and timely delivery across multiple jurisdictions.

 
 

 

zack dewis, m.sc. – technical specialist

 
 

Zack holds an M.Sc. in Geomatics Engineering and a B.Sc. in Geography from the University of Calgary.

His experience includes GIS, remote sensing, machine learning, and AI, with technical proficiency in Python, SQL, PyTorch, ArcGIS, and QGIS. His previous experience includes supporting geothermal and mineral exploration projects through satellite imagery analysis, spatial data processing, and GIS mapping.

 
 

 

Amy Clutton, B.Sc., EPt - Regulatory and Environmental Coordinator

 
 

Amy holds a degree in Conservation Biology from the University of Alberta and brings a strong environmental focus to the Crimson team.

Her experience includes working with provincial and federal environmental regulations, environmental inspections, and risk identification. Amy’s attention to detail, adaptability, and reliability support accurate regulatory submissions and strong environmental compliance.

 
 

 

Cynthia Cote, P.Eng. – Senior Process Engineer

 
 

Cynthia is a professional process engineer with more than 20 years of experience in design, operations, research, and strategic development.

She supports clients in understanding carbon footprints, achieving GHG targets, and navigating clean energy and emissions-reduction strategies. Cynthia also conducts air dispersion modelling and provides technical leadership on complex projects from startup through completion.
